I was waiting for an e-mail that the car was done (since I received emails stating that I would receive updates) so did not know the car was done until two days later so incurred unnecessary rental car charges. Scott did leave a message on my phone, but the Coulter trunk line showed up as potential spam so I ignored it, so it was not totally his fault. I would have been happier if the update was sent via email like the other status updates.

I was very disappointed with the way my interior looked when I got my car back. There was dust all over the interior, the door panel had shoe prints on it, there was grease on the console and the seat. It took me 2 hours to clean the interior back to looking good.
