I had an issue with my vehicle making noise after a collision. I tried to ask to find out what was causing the noise and if it could be repaired.
But I was told it had nothing to do wth the collision. But it definitely was a result of the collision. Just wished it could have been addressed before the vehicle was returned and the rental would have been available until issue was resolved.

My car was repaired well. My a/c wasn't working when I got it back but they got it in quickly. I wad impressed at how clean my car was when I got it back. BUT, probably in the process of vacuuming out muy car, they took out one of the car seats and didn't buckle it back in. I didn't realize it and drove around for several days with the seat unbuckled! Imagine the consequences if I hadn't noticed and got into an accident with my daughter in the car!
