Your process is great. The work looks great (so far, saw it in the evening during rain). Brian Stump was responsive. My only concern was at the end of the experience when trying to arrange for pick up. Apple collision center closes at 5. That is fine. My wife and I work about an hour away and we both left work early to make it there before 5. My wife called earlier in the day to communicate we may be arriving very close to 5 due to coordinating both of our work schedules and transportation to Apple. The response she received was "We leave at 5 on the dot. If you get here at 5:01 we won't be here". That didn't sit too well with her and caused a stressful situation for both of us at the end of a pleasant experience.

Just want to say I was extremely satisfied with my services and Apple collision you have a young man by the name of Brian that is a definitely a gem. He knows customer service he was very helpful and informative I just want to say that I hit a deer and there was some very minimal damage but we were going out of state for vacation and I had a broken headlight and parking light and he made a temporary repair standing out in the rain and we were good to go the process of the repairs he was in contact with me and keep me informed so I would very much like to recognize him
