I was told multiple times that i had nothing to worry about my car would be done on Wednesday and it was not. Wednesday morning aroun 9 I received an email update saying it was nearing completion and if there were any delays they would call. At 4:30pm i called to see what the status was and at that moment I was told it was one but not ready. I had to call off work, miss a day of work because it wasn’t done. Not even that it wasn’t done, had I known sooner I would have had more time to find coverage and wouldn’t have gotten in trouble at work. The day it was completed I just recieved an email update saying it was done. Not a call or anything. I didn’t feel valued at all because I wasn’t worth a simple call to say it was delayed or done or anything. I was winded every impressjon that it was almost done.

I am completely dissatisfied with my "repair experience". All of the affected areas were not repaired. The wheel wasn't "polished" & cleaned as they charged the insurance company for. There is moisture/condensation in the "brand new" tail light. There was "grease left on the "new bumper" after the car was "detailed". There are "air bubble" imperfections is the new paint. There is still "media compond" in the fuel tank lid compartment which "was repaired". The whole "experience" is a joke!!
