I'm not unhappy with the process, communication, etc... I just cant answer yes to complete satisfaction until the faulty front grill is changed. The part is flaking off all the black background and showing chrome. Photos were taken by Andrew when I picked it up. We will have to schedule this correction. Thank you.

The front door was worked on as part of the repair service. The technician did not reinstall it properly, and the entire door handle came off in my hands when I tried to open the passenger door. The automatic window button was also not reprogrammed properly and the window would go up and then back down twice before it would stay up.
