My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that it took two weeks to do a bumper. But we did have a holiday in there too. I understand some parts had to be ordered. Although Ira sells so many Tacoma’s I’d think they’d have the parts on hand. But again, this is a minor complaint and when I did get my Tacoma back it’s perfect!

Made an appointment to drop my truck off at noon on 11/14,couldn’t find my information. Told them I needed a rental when I made the appointment, had to wait an hour to get one. Text updates were sporadic and not informative. Received a text at 11:00 AM on 11/29 saying the truck was going through the wash and would be ready by the end of the day, that I would receive a text. Never received a text, so I went to find out if it was ready. Arrived at the collision center at 4:30 PM only to be told it would be another ****/2 hour until my truck would be ready.
