Communication, which your organization committed to, was non-existent. You offered text messaging twice a week to keep me advised of the progress of my car. I did not receive one text in 2 weeks. I placed several calls that went to voicemail. None were answered. I had to come into to your facility to find out the progress with my car, and, did not even receive a apology for the lack of communication on your company's part.
When the work was finished, I received a call. Of course, it was time for payment.
The work was good, but you're not the only facility in town that does good work. Sorry folks, you get a c-

I picked up my car, and it looked fine initially, however, When I relized, my passenger side tailight,wich was working fine before I droped it off is not working.I am frustrated because now Inwill have to be back there once again to fix it. If they had checked it before delivering it to me it could save me two trips and the frustration.
