The person who helped me was Lisa. She was extremely professional and very attentive to my quirky needs. I am extremely picky about who I let touch my Shelby cobra and I had been to three Ford dealerships and personally met the service managers and didn’t get a good vibe so I left. I got a good vibe about Lisa, so I allowed them to touch my car. I was very happy with the work and the way I was handled. I would go there again and recommend Bohn to others. Good job

Went in to get my window replaced and the team at Ford took the extra time to go beyond the service requested and walked around my vehicle and noticed a desrepency. They notified me that I had a crack in my bumper and went beyond their duties and checked the perameters of my warranty. They discovered I could get the crack replaced in my bumper for FREE under warranty and they went ahead to order the necessary equipment to change my bumper and replaced it. EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!!!!
