Unhappy that my full tank of gas was halfway gone & 150 miles put on vehicle, you had vehicle a week before any work started. No engine work done, no reason to drive my vehicle 150 miles! WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP MY AUTOMOBILE, THERE WAS A GENTLEMAN STANDING AT THE COUNTER, WHOM I LATER LEARNED WAS THE "MANAGER". IT WOULD BE GREAT PR FOR YOUR COLLISION CENTER IF HE WOULD AT LEAST GREET A CUSTOMER AND INTRODUCE HIMSELF, WHICH HE DID NOT. ALL OF THE OTHER STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE ME FEEL WELCOMED BUT HE JUST HAD A SNARL ON HIS FACE. WOW - MADE ME FEEL QUITE UNCOMFORTABLE.
