GARY RAGUSA WAS GREAT. THE VEHICLE EXTERIOR DAMAGE WAS A GREAT REPAIR, ALTHOUGH THEY FORGOT TO INSTALL THE LTZ SYMBOL BACK ON THE CAR. SO NOW I HAVE TO FIND TIME TO GO BACK.
THE FEEDBACK AND INFORMATION WAS GREAT! BUT UPON PICKING UP WHAT WAS A NEWLY DETAILED SUBURBAN LTZ, IT WAS FILTHY. NOT OUTSIDE, BUT INSIDE. WHEN THEY SANDED THE EXTERIOR, THEY MUST HAVE LEFT ALL THE DOORS OPEN WITH ALL THE SEAT FOLDED DOWN. NOW THE INTERIOR IS COVERED WITH A FINE SHEET OF SANDING DUST FROM THE CEILING TO THE CARPET. IT MAKES YOU FEEL DUSTY JUST TO RIDE IN IT. UGH! NOT HAPPY! OTHER THAN THAT - THE REPAIR WAS PERFECT.

My car was filthy dirty inside upon its return to me. Things in my back seat were dug through and containers of lip gloss and other items opened and spilled and ruined a bag. Indentions of something extremely heavy are on my back seat and leather is not bouncing back. Windows are filthy. There is no reason that should have all happened from getting a minor dent fixed in my door. Very upset.

First , my car was dirty , really really dirty . The inside from the dash to the seats , someone even spilled something all over my arm rest !'
I picked up my car Friday in the rain , I don't get s chance to inspect it . I felt it was ok because the whole reason I brought it to Toyota was I wanted a good job done , I expected it there's even starches on my hood on the drivers side that were not there when I dropped off my car . And the trim around my drivers side back door is loose .There is tape still stuck to parts of the car and I'm not finished checking everything out yet .
