Mare and the staff at John Kennedy went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done perfectly from the moment I first contacted them. My car looks fantastic! I would never be able to tell anything happened to it with the great job they did. They all made sure I was completely taken care of. Everyone at John Kennedy was super friendly and very accommodating. Mare, especially did a great job with the estimate, communicating with me about everything. She kept me constantly updated on what repairs had been done. She was wonderful to work with. My entire experience was FANTASTIC!!!

Mare was fantastic! She went out of her way to see that my car was repaired as quickly as possible. Even when the car was scratched while being buffed at the end of the process, she assured it was finished in the next 24 hrs. The staff made the paperwork and overall process easy to understand. They did a great job on my car repair. Mara was wonderful and so were the girls at the front desk. They were the only ones that I was in touch with and they did a great job of keeping me updated and dealing with the ins. Company. When I arrived enterprise was called to pick me up for my rental and I barely sat down when my ride arrived. It was a very good experience in dealing what could have been a very stressful ordeal.
