I would just ask that you work on communication and attention to detail for your customers. I was assured I would have a courtesy car to pick me up from work at 3PM. At 3:30 I had to order an Uber in order to get to Johnk Kennedy Collision to collect my car. There were a number of issues regarding confusing descriptions of things, timing and reason / rationale for things. I'm happy with the body work, thr customer relations and communications need work.
