I was called on what was supposed to be day 3 of the repairs about my car needing a new radiator. This leads me to believe that no work was done on my car until day 3. They should have known before then that a new radiator was necessary. This upsets me because I paid for a rental car for 3 days when I probably only needed it for **** day

Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. The ladies at the front were very helpful and Tony did a good job of communicating with me concerning the progress of our van's repair.
My only comment about the service is that the e-mail communications need to be synced with the actual person working with the customer. The e-mails were trying to keep me informed, but were not correct in what they told me about the progress of the repair. For example an e-mail told me that my van was ready to be picked up, when the service representative said that it was not ready.
Overall, everyone did a great job and I would definitely bring my vehicles to Faulkner Collision in Carlise if the need arises.
