The only communications I got from them was delay dates on when my car would be ready, sent via email the night before I was to pick up my car. This delaying technique was used 4 times. Then finally after they had my car for a month, they left a message that car would be ready Friday at 5pm, not mentioning they close at 5pm and were not able to get my car to me until Tuesday because of long weekend. Beware this place is not open to even pick up a car on Saturday. I complained to manager and all he would do is lie and say he would get me a rental car, which he never did. Worst experience I have ever had with a business.
