I simply asked to look like it never happened. I know the age of my car and the scarcity of some parts. I fully expected at least a month if not too for the repairs to be complete on my vehicle. However during the entire time I was given updates twice a week, the level of communication was outstanding. The end result, my vehicle look like it never happened, I am very well satisfied.
