As a professional company I am completely appalled at how my Camaro was handled. I assumed that you do not send a car out of the shop without checking and checking again to ensure that the car is in tip top condition. You are a professional and you do stand by your work, right? I was put in an inconvenient situation by having to take my car back after repairs were supposedly done. I work two jobs and my time is of the essence. I was not called by anyone before repairs were started to go over the damage. I was not greeted by the general manager upon arriving back to the shop to talk with them about the incompleteness of the repairs to my car. No one called me after the car was completed the second time, stating they were bringing my car back to me. Not im sorry Mrs Strickland, not any kind of apology for my time being compromised.I do not want to have anything else to do with this company. I did not feel like I was appreciated and that repairing my car was a priority.
