Overall, you folks did a great job on my vehicle. The only dispute I had is, the person that gave me the estimate called when the car was ready and quoted me a higher amount because he forgot to mention the type of paint that was needed to complete the job. I disagreed and explained that I was not going to pay the higher amount because I was paying out of pocket and he needed to commit to the original amount. He agreed. I don't appreciate any hidden surprises. That's not how you conduct business.
