I brought my car in perfect working condition and picked it up with a dashboard full of warning lights. After a week in and out of a car repair shops, breakdown on the road, AAA call, and $1000 later it still didn’t work. It finally seems ok now but major hassles and expense. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend Young’s to anyone. They should have returned my car to me in good working order and not left me to deal with this on my own.

I spoke with Devin about my experiences with Youngs Auto Body. I felt there could have been better communication about the process. i only met Devin or anyone other than the secretary when I picked up my car - after 4+ weeks in the shop. Plus there was a last minute delay of an extra day.
All around, it was just an unfortunate experience. I didn't pick Young's - my insurance carrier did. I wouldn't pick you next time.
