I'm not to satisfied for a body shop that charges 2700$ I expect not to see any sanding marks at all ... but the tiny little spot on the tail gate where it had two little chips in the paint . You can see a spot maby 2" by 2" and the scuff marke where it was not sanded down properly with a fine grit sand paper. And was painted over .......... it's not noticeable to some one who doesn't know what there looking for but that was the first thing I looked at.... not really impressed

Small chip in the front passenger wheel from the accident, should have been replaced. Left some old plastic screws/ trash in the cup holders, some more broken plastic pieces in the trunk. I know it's not much but seems like it wouldn't be that hard to refill the gas tank to where it was (like **** gallon) if you have to test drive it a bit, and bill the gas to insurance.

Young’s is by far the most professional and courteous repair shop I have ever dealt with. I appreciate the texts and phone calls keeping me in the know regarding the progress of my repairs.
