Six days late getting it done; hours went by waiting on responses to my phone inquiries; then had to wait 45 mins when came to pick car up, though had been told car was ready.

Was called and told car was ready a day early.i get there and work was to bumper,there was an obvious chip right on middle of bumper.so carwill now take longer.you should make sure a car is ready when you say it is.it takes me 40 minutes each way so i wasted time.people were nice and professional.i am not sure i would use browns again.

Everything went very well except the text messages. I received texts that my car would not be done until the next day but received a call that is was completed that's day. The next morning I received a text as I was driving to pick up the car that said it wouldn't be ready u til after five that day. This resulted in my having to call enroute to determine the actual status of the car.
