The process was excellent from start to finish. The coordination between ****'s, the insurance and rental companies, all on site, was efficient and comprehensive. Everyone was professional and personable and kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't be more pleased with how easy they made everything.

someone on the repair crew turned my cars bass all the way up and ran the car to listen to music. not professional at all could have damaged my system and brings to question what else they did when a 2 day repair took 5 days.

Wonderful job. Only criticism is that the driver side floor mat was muddy, which I don’t recall being that way when I dropped it off. It was vacuumed, but still had traces of mud. Otherwise, excellent service.

I didn’t appreciate receiving text messages saying my car would be ready on a certain date and time and then when I call to find out if it’s ready I was told it wasn’t and then get a text message an hour later saying an updated day and time. I live 40 miles away and if I hadn’t called first I would have wasted a trip.
