I chose Browns because you said you could start earlier and finish sooner than the other two repair shops that I checked with. However, it took exactly four times as long as I was initially advised. Additionally, the automated text were misleading when they kept advising that you were on Pace to complete the work as scheduled. It wasn't until just before the car was supposed to be done that I heard that it would take more time from an automated text. It was only after I made a phone call 2 the person assigned to my shop that Amanda explained that it would be longer period after that she seemingly prepared the individual text and called as necessary. But the delays continued

Ended up satisfied with the repairs by the end, but the process to getting there took far too many delays, needing to strongly complain about the final paint job, and many shuffled plans to keep accommodating new pick up times and dates.
