The estimate of timing was way off and cost us more $$. I would rather have a "under promise, over deliver" estimate on the timing so that I could plan better. The automated email system would be great, except that it responds a day late. Everything else is great, and in general, very happy, but an honest time estimate is essential for SF calientle.

Everyone was so professional and friendly. I was rear-ended Saturday night, was able to book an appointment for the following Monday morning and the car was ready Wednesday afternoon (2 days before I expected). The Geico adjuster Terry checked in with me soon after the inspection; the Alioto's manager Andy called and/or emailed periodically to update me on the status. All involved made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy and stress-less. Thank you...and they even put my parking sticker back on (far better that it was before).
