There is not enough communication. E-mails just to tell you “ its going by schedule “. I had to call insurance to cover the side door scratches, insurance wanted garage to send extra work list. When i called garage and asked them to send updates to insurance tgey said yes, not long after e-mail came with new dates for following week. I thought garage got extantion to fix the door. Came after 2 week to pick up ????. Scratches on the side door just as same. They extended week for something else. Now after all this wait have to go through insurance and another garage.

Overall, Alioto's offered excellent customer service. I have just one minor comment: I keep the interior of my car very clean, and there was quite a bit of new dirt and grime inside when I picked up the my car, including two dirty footprints on the passenger's side floor mat. I understand that it can be difficult to keep dirt out of a vehicle during a repair, but I recommend being a little more careful about making sure that the interior is clean before returning the car to the customer.
