You communicated extremely well throughout the whole experience and kept me up to date on the status of the repairs. It was also helpful to le me know about how to coordinate with Enterprise to bring and pick up my rental car at Aliotos. I have only one suggestion which is to have one night a week you are open until 7:30 so people with jobs with inflexible hours can pick up their cars. That was the hardest part for me since I'm working from 7 to 7.

The staff (Kara, Andy, Allen) was very professional, friendly, and reassuring. They were knowledgeable and got the job done in good time. They even washed my car really well and vacuumed it as well....even amoral'd my tires! I was pleased with the care they gave my car. The repair to my left rear lens and the alignment of the lens was perfect. I liked the emails that gave me updates on the progress of the repair.

My car repairs were not complete after being in your shop (with an appointment) for eight days. When I picked it up the parts had not yet been ordered for the driver's side rear view mirror damage and I had asked for my tire pressures to be checked while it was there since the light went on while I was driving over but the light was still on when I picked it up. I did do that myself.
Having said that, the work done was way more than I expected and looks lovely. I will bring back the car when I get the call that the part is there. Maybe people have too much to do!
