This is the third survey I have received and answered, so could you please stop sending them to me?
I was *almost* completely satisfied with your service. Donnie did a great job explaining what all needed to be done and keeping me updated on its progress, and it wasn't his fault that the computer hack occurred that delayed the return of my vehicle for an entire extra week. But, when i went to pick it up, the sales rep just gave me the keys when he should have walked me through exactly what all had been done and fixed - that's why i am not "completely" satisfied.

My only negative incident was a battery cable that was left loose. This ended without a tow truck, but left me stranded in heavy traffic. my suggestion:
a checklist signed the entire shop crew, which would require the foremans’ approval .
