The Auto Collison and Glass team was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire car repair process. This is the second time I have used auto collison and glass and I will use them again in the future if needed.

The service done to my vehicle was amazing and well done! My interior was also cleaned and the paint job looked as though there was no accident whatsoever!
The only thing I would have to say would be about the rental and picking up my vehicle after it was done. The completeion date that I was being told was another 5 days away. I was told my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up 2 hours before close. If I weren't able to come after work today, I would have had to pay for my rental vehicle out of my own pocket until Friday because the insurance company wouldn't cover those charges after the vehicle was noted as being complete. I was rushing home from work (in Rochester) to make sure I made it in time to get my vehicle before close. All in all, I would try to be more accommodating to those who are renting vehicles.
Other than that, I would 100% recommend auto collision and glass to anyone that needs service to their vehicles. Thanks for a job well done!!
