The text status updates were greatly appreciated. That saved a lot of phone calls. Also, the work was perfect and the detailing of the car was a pleasant surprise.

The staff at Auto Collision provided me with first class service. Jamie was very friendly and helpful with walking me through the process of dropping off my vehicle for repairs. She called me several times throughout the process to inform me when my car was in the reassembly process and when my car would be ready for pickup. She even set me up with text alerts that gave me information about my estimate and scheduled pickup date.
Mike from Geico helped me with my claim and final paperwork. He discussed what repairs would be made to my vehicle. I later received my damage estimate.
From there, Vince at Enterprise provided me with a rental car. It was so wonderful to have each company work hand in hand with each other under one roof. It made the process so simple and was such a relief.
