This is my second time having my car repaired from accidents. This time I was highly unsatisfied with the outcome of my vehicle. Although the staff is very friendly and very good at keeping me up to date, my car came back unacceptable. Because I am usually quite busy, I didn’t check my car before leaving after pick up. My car was filthy inside! My bumper has marks from the buffer and a few scratch marks, which was just replaced and repainted. I am bringing my car back Monday to have these things fixed. But I am unhappy because it’s a huge inconvenience to me.
