Everyone at the shop was very patient and explained the entire process of how they would work with my insurance company to get my car repaired. While the repairs were taking place, I received regular status updates through text messages. Repairs were done quickly and was able to get my car back with no hassles. Car drives as it should and I have no complaints whatsoever.
