I was met on site by the car rental rep with my loaner and the return was simple and convenient to me, just left the car at the CarStar location.

New liftgate was not in shop despite being told all parts were in. To be fair, Tesla informed shop part was on the way when it apparently wasn't. Contact (I think it was Jim) was very apologetic and agreed to defray some of my out-of-pocket expense. Nonetheless, extensive delays resulted in me agreeing to have existing liftgate repaired rather than wait for the new part. Job was done well and looks very good. However, after settling up, I was called a couple of days later and informed that due to a higher labor rate that another $1347 was owed. I should've been informed at the outset so ultimately that coupled with the unnecessary delays is the reason for my dissatisfaction.
