Everyone at the shop was very patient and explained the entire process of how they would work with my insurance company to get my car repaired. While the repairs were taking place, I received regular status updates through text messages. Repairs were done quickly and was able to get my car back with no hassles. ****. I was misled to believe that I would be getting an appointment much sooner than another shop that is much closer to my home.
2. At the last minute, I was told that the parts are not there. The repair work was further pushed out.
3. There was no quality inspection post-repair. I had to make another trip to get some adjustments.
