From day one I was kept informed daily by phone call and e-mail on status of my car. I appreciated how they kept me informed. Mike’s auto body shop was the best to work with. Very professional. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up. They had it washed and had also vacuumed the inside. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work done.

Everyone was really nice there. I would go back to mikes in the future. The couple things I had an issue with is I have lifetime free alignment at firestone for my truck. I brought this up twice during intake to Lisa. It went someplace else and cost me $75. Then my truck was done on a Thursday I didn’t find out it was completed until the following Monday when I called into DND and they said they had been finished with it since last Thursday. That cost me more days with the rental car. Other then that everyone I worked with was really nice and professional.
