I'm about 95% satisfied. Friendly staff, great building, professional, loved that you took care of rental car situation. The one thing I didn't like was that the approximate timeline was never discussed at the beginning. I wrongly assumed that because the labor estimate was like 12 hours that it would be done in a couple days. After 2 days after dropoff I hadn't heard anything or been updated and called only to find out it was going to be another week. I would've been ok w that if someone would have explained that at beginning. I was irritated until a representative explained the process, then I was ok with it. In the end I would give a 9.5 rating because everything else was great, but the question was "completely satisfied", so..
