Very nice service and everything happened quickly. I was always forgetting things and the receptionists were very nice with me.

I’m totally satisfied with my experience at Mike’s. Every member of the staff I interacted with was professional and courteous. Every step of the process was hassle-free and really a breeze. The repair itself seems flawless. My car somehow looks better now than when it was brand new. It was unfortunate that I got in a collision but the treatment I got at Mike’s was second to none. I would recommend anyone to go to Mike’s for repairs!

Overall I was satisfied with the work .
However the interior drivers door and around the steering wheel had white primer dust all over. When I got home and opened up my trunk I found a battery jump starter which I will return. Which leaves me to believe that while working on my car they must of drained my battery.

Eddie is super deluxe in service. He accommodated me well, as far as coordinating with Firestone to get my car lifetime alignment so I can save money.
