Your repair work was great and your price was relatively reasonable. My only reservation is that after I brought you the car for an estimate in the spring, I was told that you would contact me every several weeks to report how close you were to scheduling a firm date to perform the work. But that never happened -- you didn't try to reach me even once. Moreover, when I finally contacted your office about scheduling, I was told for the first time that I'd need to put money down before parts were ordered because I was personally covering the repair costs (not using insurance), as I'd unambiguously explained to you at the time of the spring estimate.
