CarStar did a great job on my truck, the work was excellent. But they gave me one quote on a repair of damage not related to the accident for $1131 and I approved that work. A couple of days after I dropped the truck off, they called and said the back bumper had cracks and needed to be replaced, the new quote was now $1536. I approved that change. I picked up the truck and noticed later that they did not replace the back bumper. When I called them about it they said they found they could repair it. That was not the work I approved.

Had to have compound spray removed after I looked over the car. Then noticed someone sprayed amoral all over my windows, so they were greasy with a white film. I cleaned my windows several times and then noticed white paint or something that was splattered underneath my driver side door. I’ve already brought it back to be removed and they proceeded to only do ****/2 of the splatters. I don’t think this place is taking the time to do it right. I will not be recommending this place. I am less than impressed!

While the lack of communication can be chalked up to IT issues, at the end of the day I understand these things happen so no big deal. Here is where things completely go downhill. ****) On pickup, I almost stabbed myself from the leftover glass that apparently and bluntly was overlooked while the cleanup commenced. It was on the seat!! 2) I had mentioned on initial check in that there was a clicking noice, confirmed By Chris at check in and also at check out. I was assured the techs would investigate further however that was never competed and upon pickup, as I officially mentioned, Chris witnessed the exact same notice I originally asked to be investigated. It was not!! The overall experience was sub par with the exception of Chris. He was pleasant and empathetic to my situation and he apologized profusely. I really appreciated that however as you can please try to understand this was not a pleasant experience! Thank you for taking the time to read this and I highly suggest double checking the clean up before releasing vehicles to be customers; especially when glass is involved. Respectfully, Arkady
