They made the repair process for my vehicle as painless as possible. The coordination between CarStar and my insurance carrier (Amica) was excellent. I found the people there very professional and courteous. I also liked the updates that were sent me during the repair, which included photos. Great overall experience. Dear CarStar,
Approximately a week after pick up of the vehicle the owner of the car who normally drives it brought to my attention that the repaired front grille does not align/level properly with the front of the hood at the drivers side front corner of the vehicle and there is a very noticeable gap between the replacement grille and the hood that visually reveals the underside of the replacement grille while looking out of the windshield from the driver's side interior of the vehicle. This misalignment was even more noticeable at first when exiting the driver's door and looking down the exterior surface of the car's hood towards the front end where the hood and replacement grille align.
