I had not had an insurance claim in over 30 years and fix's and my insurance co took care of everything. All i had to do is drop off the car and pick it up when ready. The rental car came to fixs and i just left it there when done. Fix's kept me informed of the progress hopefully i won't need this again but if i do i would definitely use Fix's.
