I responded to an apparently computer generated message saying my car would be ready Thursday , Sept 20 at 4:03 pm. Although staff saw my message mentioning the 4:03 time I would be coming, no one called or texted to say the car would not be ready til the next day. If I was told you folks would call when it was ready, I don’t recall. I was not warned that the computer was generating messages that are not accurate. It would have saved me a trip! Other than that all is well. Everyone was responsive and thorough, Great personal service in a very busy shop! Thanks for getting me beautifully back on the road.
