There is nothing you can do to satisfy me. It took almost a month to fix my car and on the day my car was supposed to be done, I was advised by text message that it would not be done due to another part being needed. No one called to talk to me to explain why. When I called to find out why the staff acted like it was no big deal and I was told a supplemental part was needed that was missed during the estimate. Makes me wonder if the staff are incompetent and can not do their job properly. I will never use you again and I will definately not reccomend anyone to use you.

I will be returning tomorrow. I drove off lot from repair with a flat tire on the side of repair. Drove the car for a good 2 weeks prior to repairs. No air loss to tire. When I left lot went and filled tire immediately just thought well maybe forgot to put air in. This evening going flat already.

Charging for a card on a deductible is not acceptable. I was charged an additional $7.50 on top of my $250 deductible on my insurance. Credit card charges are a cost of doing business and should not be passed on to customers. Nationwide claims management have been contacted and I would like my $7.50 refunded.
