My only issue was that I had given my cell phone number for communication. I received text messages, however, my final telephone message from Carstar and Enterprise car rental were left on my home phone so I did not get the messages till I got home from work which was after you had closed. Otherwise great service. We are also a prior customer.

Right from the first time I walked into the building I felt like I was being taken care of. Everyone I had delt with was professional and nice and explained the whole process of what was going to be done to fix the damage from the accident I was in. I was happy to get the text updates and phone call updates about how my car was doing. I was also surpised that my car was fixed ahead of schedule and looked just like it was brand new.
