I experienced. All personnel at Coles were genuine in their interactions with me. I got notifications all during the process. I am now back in my new car. The car looks good as new and runs well,. There was seamless coordination with my temporary replacement vehicle. I received help from the young Enterprise liaison man, who carried items out of my SUBARU and placed my stuff in the BMW I got to use temporarily! I am very pleased and if need arises, I will use Coles again.
