Detailing was awsome but a semigloss armorall better to use. Original Smell of car not good on my part however new smell ,very strong chemical oder with cleaner used. One head lamp new other old why? Also I thought we were going to stay away from OEM parts as much as possible to cut costs? On the whole Job well done, was treated well by staff I'll recomend and return to your care in future.

The work done was good, however the repairs took longer than estimated due to the claims adjuster overlooking a damaged part (grill assembly). Also the hood is not completely aligned with the front fascia/grille.

The only thing was that when I picked up the car there were some loose screws that were in the right passanger side door and the paper left on the floor of the driver's side left white powder all over the mat. Other than that I appreciated the updates as the car was being repaired and everyone was very helpful.

I did not take possession of my car today. The paint finish in one spot was not good quality as it had noticable flaws, the seal around the windows was damaged during installation, and the gas cover did not work as it is supposed to. I was told that there was a quality check conducted before I picked up the car. If so it was cursory at best. If I had not done a quick look, I would have taken a car that was clearly not ready and should not have been offered to me.
