The estimate by Francisco, the repair check-in and vehicle walk through all worked well. My car had a repairable damage and it would take 3-4 days. At the end of the 4th day, I received a text about my car. I called to ask the status and was promised a call back. There was no call back. On the next day, a Friday, the same thing happened. I got a text. I called, was promised a call back and no one took the time to call back. There was not a word on Saturday either. On Monday morning, the 8th day of the repair, I asked to talk to the manager. Anna finally told me that the shop’s scanner was broken, thus causing a delay. I told her that the shop should have been up front with customers and should not have left us in the dark. I am glad that my coverage includes a rental car, but I would much rather be driving my own Lexus. Due to the delay, I paid several more days of bumper to bumper collision coverage that I otherwise would not have to. The main thing is not returning calls as promised and not being transparent about reason for the delay. Thanks for allowing me to provide feedback.

Length of service was unreasonable!!! They took a week to discover they needed to order additional parts which extended the delivery date by 1week, the extended the delivery two additional times, ordered additional parts. 2 ****/2 weeks after I dropped my car off to be worked on I went to pick it up and discovered “dimpling” in the drivers side front hood (opposite side of the damage), AND they mismatched the car color! This extended the final delivery date by another week! 3 ****/2 weeks to fix a minor fender bender!!! As an Uber and Lyft driver, this disallowed me of 3 ****/2 weeks earnings! This is inspite of their “quality check” and “scan” system to ensure customer satisfaction! VERY dissatisfied and will NOT use this service in the future AND will inform ALL of my friends and aquatints of my dissatisfied service!
