The ladies at front desk were very courteous, polite and very helpful.
The exception that brought me to AutoWorld Specialist is **** Nash. From the first time I had my car there, I was very impressed with ****'s kindness, caring and very professional manner. He's always very helpful in every aspects.
Because of ****, I keep bring my car back to AutoWorld Specialist even though I have other choices of repair shops offered by my insurance company.
BTW - the email notification is wonderful. The person who come up with that idea should be commented and recognized.

I picked my car up today and within a few hours I noticed the silver lining on the front passenger door had fallen off. The damage was not even done to this part of the car. I don't know what was touched while getting fixed, but it seems very strange. Please let me know what we can do to fix this.
