I don’t understand why my car has almost 340 miles more than when it was taken in for repairs. My car repairs were to the bumper and quarter panel. Why would it be driven that distance for a bumper repair? When I went to pick it up the second time the manager had to call someone to buff the area that I mentioned when I first picked it up.

Despite scheduling the repair 2 weeks in advance, the job went almost 2 weeks over the estimated time - even though there was essentially no additional damage discovered during the work. In addition, the periodic texts sent to “update” customers on the status of the job were in this case at least, useless and misleading.
