Anissa as well as anyone else who helped me was awesome to work with. They made the whole process of getting my car repaired as simple as possible. While I hope I don't need anto body repairs in the future, if the need arises, I will definitely return to this Abra location.

The repair itself was very professional. The process from intake to pickup was less than seamless. Confusion about who had the file and the status of the estimate and repair work. Felt disorganized. Though everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and reassuring, it seemed like there was a lack of communication internally.
