I couldn’t believe how well the Abra team was able to fix the body of my car. Looked like a brand new car, the parts appear to be of great quality possibly better than the original. Thank you for your hard work!

Initial contact by receptionist -Lexis- she was great. But then it was turned over to Mary Beth who apparently believes (and a management supports??) that it’s ok to ****. Never explain what was going to be done 2. How much damage there actually was 3. Nor provide an estimate of when the work would be completed. .
The communication we had was all by text. I am not 20-something and I have entrusted you with my car. Have the decency to at least start our relationship with a phone call. After that, feel free to update me with test messages.
Re: the work on the car, it appears to be adequate but am still waiting on one final piece to arrive.
