Dale was extremely helpful, friendly and kept me informed through the repair process. When I picked up my car I was pleasantly surprised that the exterior AND interior were cleaned and detailed. I really appreciated the team going above and beyond.

After receiving my car, I had a concern that may have occurred during the repair. On April 4th I came in & spoke with Dale. He looked at the car & told me he would call me back. Over the next 2 weeks I called Dale twice & left messages but never received a return call. Even if the concern I had did not occur during the repair, I did deserve a call back. Very rude. Poor business practice.
